• Product descriptions, images, and information (origin, vintage, volume, ingredients, allergens, etc.) are provided for guidance; small differences (for example, a change in vintage or label).

• All products comply with applicable EU food‑safety and labelling rules at the time of sale, but you are responsible for checking and complying with import, food‑safety and alcohol rules in your own country.

5. Prices and payment

· We may adjust prices at any time due to transportation shipping costs. The price you see at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

6. Orders, acceptance and availability

· We may accept or refuse any order at our discretion, for example, if: the product is out of stock, payment is not authorised, shipping is not possible to your country, or there is an obvious error in price or description.

· If a product is unavailable after you have ordered, we will contact you to offer: a replacement product, a new delivery date, or a refund for the unavailable item.

7. International shipping (EU and non‑EU)

· We ship from Italy/France to selected countries, including countries in Asia.

· Shipping costs, delivery times and available shipping methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by destination and weight.

· You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and any local restrictions in the destination country. If goods are refused or returned due to local import rules or unpaid charges, you are responsible for the terms. Giulio Gustivio can quote you the shipping cost from the freight companies.

8. Delivery and risk

· Delivery is made to the address you provide. Please check that your address is correct; we are not responsible for non‑delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.

· Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when the products are delivered to you or to the person you have designated to receive them.

· If a parcel arrives clearly damaged, you should:

o Refuse the delivery or

o Accept with written reservation and take photos, then contact us within 48 hours so we can open a claim with the carrier.

9. Right of withdrawal and returns (EU consumers)

If you are an EU consumer, you generally have a 14‑day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to:

· perishable goods or goods that can deteriorate quickly (for example, fresh truffles);

· sealed food or beverages that are unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.

For eligible products (for example, non‑perishable, unopened bottles), you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods by contacting us via email. Please return the products in their original condition and packaging. You're responsible for the cost of return shipping. After we receive and inspect the goods, we will refund the product price (minus any applicable reduction for damaged or used goods).

Some issues (such as cork taint in wine) may not be visible upon delivery; we will handle these cases on a case‑by‑case basis in accordance with applicable law and our commercial policy.
